We have used best in market raw material and our product failure rate is negligible. Our Luxury fan comes with Five years warranty on motor and Two years on LED.
Not Covered in Warranty: Physical Damage, High voltage damage
Damage and Returns
Oltao products are eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different product delivered to you.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
All Oltao products are non refundable in any case.
Delivery Timeline
Once Ordered, Product will be shipped by next working day.
It will be delivered to customer in 2-10 Days.
